Piezo-controlled proportional valve of the Tecno series are 3-way pressure valves and feature integrated electronic pressure control as well as a pressure sensor at the output. Pneumatic output pressure can thus be controlled as a function of an electrical control signal (setpoint value). The pressure sensor measures the instantaneous output pressure, and the electronics control it with high precision and dynamics – at low power consumption. This allows the pressure to be set as a function of the process by way of system control.HOERBIGER manufactures Tecno valves in automated processes on precision equipment in a clean room environment, using only premium materials.
